Terms & Conditions

If in the very unlikely event Rosslyn Tours have to cancel your tour and you have paid either in full or a deposit, you can expect a full refund via the method you have paid.

If you the client have to cancel your tour we require at least 48 hrs notice, refund is at the companies discretion.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to tour departure will require full payment unless your ticket can be re-sold.

Confirmation and receipt of booking is sent when full payment received unless alternative arrangements have been made.

We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen closures of visitor attractions.

All clothing, equipment and luggage are your responsibility and we cannot be liable for any damage, loss or theft.

All prices quoted exclude admission fees.

Lunch is not included in the cost of your tour.
